What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to your inquiry and keep the conversation on record.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical request logs. Form messages are delivered to our mailbox at Zoho Mail. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the business relationship, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to info@rubyk.digital.
